At Par3IT, we understand that different clients have different needs when it comes to rates.
That’s why we offer a variety of managed service contracts to fit your specific requirements. Whether you prefer an hourly rate for occasional projects or a comprehensive multi-year Gold plan that includes monthly support, we have the perfect solution for you.

Do you offer after-hours support?
Yes. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
Our office hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Calls outside of these hours go into our callback queue.
Emergency services, including on-site visits, are available 24/7. Please note that our fees are typically higher for after-hours or emergency work projects.
Will I have a primary contact?
All of our technicians at our support desk should be able to help with your issues. If they are unable to solve a problem for you, they will escalate the issue to your Account Manager or other staff members.
Do you help buy/install hardware?
Yes, we will suggest hardware and software purchases based on your business needs and our 30+ years of experience.
You can either order from us or directly from the vendor. Once it arrives, we can configure and install for you as needed.
What are your response times?
We prioritize requests based on the type of impact to the user. Urgent issues that impact core job functions take top priority until resolution, while less urgent requests are addressed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Emergency services, including on-site visits, are available 24/7.
Who do I call with questions?
Your account manager will review your account monthly and touch base with you if there are any issues or concerns. You’ll also meet at least annually to discuss future strategies.
